1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [nrgandhiandsons@gmail.com] or [9638756693] with your order number. - After Dispatch:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. - Missing Items:
Report missing products within 48 hours of delivery. - Non-Refundable Cases:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Delay in delivery due to courier or force majeure events
- Change of mind after the order is shipped
- Products returned without proper reason or approval
3. Refund Process
- Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- If paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we may require bank details for NEFT refund.
4. Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted after our approval.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, and unopened condition with packaging intact.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
